Verifying a Heavy-Duty Work Truck in Dallas–Fort Worth
A client needed independent proof that a specialized six-wheel-drive truck existed, was where it should be and actually worked. Two visits and a recorded ride-along settled it.

A mother believed her daughter was unsafe in her father’s care. Five days of honest surveillance documented a careful, devoted parent, and that is what we reported.
A mother was seeking to change custody of her young daughter, who lived primarily with her father in the Houston area. She believed he drove recklessly, spent evenings at bars and kept a household with people coming and going at all hours. She asked us to document it.
We told her what we tell everyone in a custody matter: our job is to document what actually happens. If the evidence supports a concern, the report says so. If it doesn’t, the report says that too.
Each concern was specific, which meant each one could be tested. Over five days, investigators documented the father’s routine with and without his daughter, his driving, school drop-offs and pickups, outings, and who came and went from the home during the evenings.
We delivered a complete report that did not support the concerns the mother had raised. It wasn’t the answer she expected, but it was an accurate one, and accurate information is what a family court and a child deserve. Sometimes the most valuable thing an investigation can do is put a fear to rest.
